Overview
This qualification prepares you to work as a Sales Representative in areas such as retail and Sales outlet. As a Sales Representative you can expect to be:
- Visiting clients to demonstrate products, show samples and take orders
- Arrange a program o visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
- Speaking with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to work out the best methods of promoting products
- Working out customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders

Certificate IV in Frontline Management (BSB40807)
Overview
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is a nationally recognised qualification and its purpose is to recognise competencies for frontline managers through learning and workplace practice.
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management will equip staff to be able to deal more effectively with customers and will assist them to improve their relationships with their fellow workers.
Students will examine relevant workplace health and safety legislation, codes of practices and be able to monitor a safe workplace. It will give them skills to be able to move easily into a managerial role, as they will learn how to promote team effectiveness, negotiate, delegate and manage projects. It covers all the essential skills of a worker including communication, team building, conflict resolution, as well as business and operational skills.
The course is general enough to be beneficial to every worker regardless of his or her level of experience or previous education. The overall benefit for a company is to achieve greater profits and better strategic outcomes.

Overview
This is the popular “Cert IV” course. This relatively new qualification has been greatly expanded from its predecessor, the old Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training BSZ98. It’s a lot more comprehensive. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment specifies the competencies required delivering training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts.

Our courses in the welfare area of study are nationally accredited courses and thus will be recognised throughout Australia.
Ever present social problems such as homelessness, sexual abuse, marriage breakdowns, juvenile offences, and unemployment are contributing to the need for qualified counsellors throughout Australia. Both Government and community-based welfare organisations are offering positions to meet this growing demand for competent well-trained counsellors. About 80% of our graduates are finding employment in many varied areas.

Certificate III in Aged Care Work CHC 30208
This course will qualify you to work in the Aged Care Industry which is a skill shortage industry. You will learn all aspects of the Aged care industry from working with Dementia to advocating for the clients.
This course is a Nationally Recognised course and it is offered over a six week period. The starting dates are on a rolling basis and the course is free. This is under the Productivity Places Program and is an Australian Government Initiative.
Certificate III in Disability CHC 30408
This course will qualify you to work with the Disabled either in private care or within an organization.
This is a skill shortage industry. This course teaches you how to communicate with the Disabled, how to manage different disabilities and in general to work in the area of Disabilities.

Certificate III in Community Service CHC 30101
This course will qualify you to work in the Community Services Industry. You will be able to fill positions in Community organizations and neighborhood centres. This course teaches you communication skills and skills in dealing with the public in welfare situations

Vocational Placements
The vocational placements provide students with the opportunity to gain an interactive ‘hands on’ experience in a local community agency under the direction and support of a field educator.
These placements allow students to begin to develop their own professional style and to blend their theoretical studies into a practice framework.
Students will work alongside professional practitioners and involve themselves in the day to day work of the organisation. As they develop their skills and experience they will be able to meet greater challenges, indeed many students continue to work as volunteers in the agency.
The vocational placement for the Diploma of Counselling consists of 200 hours which can be fulfilled over a period in any way that is appropriate for the student, the agency and the college. The vocational placement for the Advanced Diploma of Counselling Services requires 240 hours of contact. In both placements 20 hours will be spent in professional supervision in a personal development program.

Our IELTS preparation course has been designed to prepare you to successfully to complete the IELTS examination.
Both courses Cambridge Exam preparation and IELTS preparation course are not applicable for students on student’s visas.

Locations
Those wishing to study in a rural setting can enjoy a lovely setting with over 800 rain forest trees in which bird life abounds creating a wonderful place to study without the distractions of the city life.
